   When I started practicing law inLos Angelesin 1979, I was twenty-five years old and thought of anyone in their late fifties as old.  Maybe it was because all the lawyers I knew there in that age range looked like they were 100 after decades of high stress and long hours!  Now that I am 58, I don’t feel old at all, just a little more seasoned.  Definitely a lot more gas in the tank.  But recently I have been reminded that no one can take our time on this earth for granted.  The recent death of Apple founder Steve Jobs reminds me that all the money in the world sometimes can’t buy you good health.  I recently attended my 40th BarabooHigh School reunion and discovered that 17 of my former classmates are now deceased, including a couple guys I just learned about that evening.  One of my classmates just
