Pat and Lloyd Breunig are one set of your clients, who said you did trusts, and legal advice on what is the best way for us to handle our current assets, whether it be a revokable trust, will, etc.We do currently do have a will which is of course subject to probate upon our death.

Can we give you a call regarding the above. We currently have a home, shop and 3.1 acres of land with it. We also are 50% owner of a 40 acre parcel along hwy 12, with a small home on it.

We would like to somehow make sure our daughter and son in law, and grand daughter, get these properties. Are there penalities to selling our homestead to them, of course at a lower price than we would get selling it on the market.

Is there still a once in a lifetime sale of a home w/o being taxed for any profit?
